摘要

蚁科是昆虫纲的一个大科,全世界已知 10,000 余种。蚁科昆虫分布广,据估计其个体
总数超过其他所有动物的总和。它与人类的生产和生活关系十分密切,具有极其重要的经
济意义。我国的蚁科昆虫分类研究工作过去多是国外学者的零星报道,近几十年来国内学
者才逐渐开展这项工作,与尚存在很大的差距。
弓背蚁属 Camponotus Mayr 是蚁科第一大属,全世界各动物地理区均有分布,已描述
种类 931 种(Bolton,1995)。本属种类多,分布广,存在多型现象,地理变异及种间差别微
小,尚无人能对全世界弓背蚁属进行系统研究。王常禄、萧刚柔、吴坚等(1989)对中国弓
背蚁属进行过研究,但随着研究的深入,种类不断增加。有鉴于此,作者在导师周善义教
授的指导下,开展了中国弓背蚁属分类研究作为硕士学位论文。
论文分为 6 章。
第一章至第五章分别简单介绍了蚂蚁的分类地位及分类系统,国内外蚂蚁分类的研究
进展,研究的材料及方法,蚂蚁的外部形态、量度、比例及缩略语,蚂蚁生物学及经济意义。
第六章为本研究的重点,通过对弓背蚁属种类的认真整理和系统形态学分类,共记述
弓背蚁属 45 种,其中描述 1 个新种,即同色弓背蚁 C. concolor sp. nov,2 个中录种,
即九州弓背蚁 C. kiusiuensis Santschi 和毕氏弓背蚁 C. bishamon Terayama。对各种的形态进
行了描述,并提供了该属 45 种的分类检索表。
由于部分种为国外学者早期发表,描述过于简单,模式标本收藏于国外,无法看到模
式标本,故未包含在本论文中。

A Taxonomy Study on Genus Camponotus (Hymenoptera: Formicidae:
Formicinae) from China

Abstract
The Formicidae is a large family in the class insects, with more than 10,000 known
family Formicidae is widely distributed, and its total number isestimated to surpass
that of all other animal groups together. It is closely relative to the production and life of human
being, and of extremely vital economic significance to human. The taxonomic study on the
Formicidae in China was mainly from overseas scholars’ Fragment-ary reports before. Domestic
scholars just started this research in the past twenty years, and far behind the international level.
The genus Camponotus is the largest genus in the family Formicidae,and distributes all over
the world. 931 species have been described in the world (Bolton,1995). The large number of
species,wide distribution,geological variation and polymorphism of worker make it especially
