中文摘要

学生管理工作是中等职业学校管理工作的重要内容之一,是维持学校正常教
学秩序、保证学生健康成长的基础性工作。以人为本在中等职业学校学生管理工
作中就是以生为本,尊重学生、依靠学生、发展学生,满足学生的需要,发挥学
生的主动性与创造性,促进学生的健康成长和全面发展。本文运用文献法,在大
量查阅资料和结合多年教学实践的基础上,首先对学生管理相关概念进行界定,
继而陈述了中等职业学校的学生管理体制和现状,分析了现行体制凸显出来的问
题和面临的挑战,说明了树立以人为本的学生管理理念的必要性,并从理论上对
以人为本的理念加以阐述,最后提出了以人为本的中等职业学校学生管理工作的
具体构想。
本文希望通过对中等职业学校以人为本的学生管理工作的系统研究,进一步
丰富学生管理理论,同时为中等职业学校学生管理工作者提供有益的参考。

Study on the Students' Administration Work of the
Secondary Vocational School Based on the
Human-oriented Idea
Abstract
The students' administration is an important part of the administration work in the
secondary vocational school in that it helps to maintain a normal teaching order and
provide students with a healthy environment. The human-oriented idea can be
transformed into the student-oriented idea to meet the circumstances of the students'
administration. In shorts,that is to respect students、depend on students、develop
students、meet students' needs、bring the initiative and creativity of the students into full
play,and provide an environment that will be helpful to the healthy growth and
all-around development of the students. Based on reading varieties of materials and
teaching experience,the author firstly tells us what is students’ administration; secondly
describes the present situations of students’ administration and its system in the
secondary vocational school; thirdly analyzes the problems and facing challenges of the
traditional students’ administration system; fourthly explains the human-oriented idea in
terms of theory and the necessity of it in the secondary vocational school;
