东亚货币合作中的中国政府行为分析——基于博弈论的视角

摘要
随着改革开放的深入,中国已经完全置身于世界经济金融一体化的大潮中,
越来越多地参与到国际经济秩序建设中。东亚货币合作就是其中之一。中国政府
在东亚货币合作中的行为关系着中国的切身利益。研究中国政府行为可以为中国
在其中实现最大化利益提供对策建议,更可以为中国参与其他国际经济秩序构建
提供参考,具有极大的现实意义。
东亚货币合作中,中国与东亚其它国家利益相互关联,策略相互作用,各国
在相互博弈中推动东亚货币合作,以博弈论来分析东亚货币合作中的中国政府行
为非常合适。本文首先研究了东亚货币合作对中国发展的重要作用与意义,指出
参与东亚货币合作是中国政府的必然选择,如何参与东亚货币合作是中国政府必
须着力解决的问题。第二部分将博弈论引入东亚货币合作中的中国政府行为分析
中,先以博弈论分析得出了东亚货币合作中中国政府行为的价值取向,即“共赢
中的多赢”;再以博弈论分析了东亚货币合作中中国政府行为的最佳选择,指出
虽然东亚货币合作现在陷入了困境,但动态博弈分析却表明,长远来看,主动参
与,谋取先发优势仍是中国政府的最优选择。而提高与东亚各国货币合作的收益,
降低与东亚各国货币合作的成本,推动东亚货币合作的制度建设是这一最佳选择
在当前的具体要求。最后一部份在以上博弈分析的基础上,提出东亚货币合作中
中国政府的应对策略:大力推进人民币区域化,提高与东亚各,
完善金融监管,发挥政治影响力。

Abstract
Along with the reform and open policy advancing, China has pletely
placed herself into the floodtide of the world economy and finance integration, and has
taken more and more part in the international economic institution’s construction. The
ary Cooperation of East Asia is just typical one. Government of China what to do
and how to do in the ary Cooperation of East Asia has does a great mention on her
vital interest. The study on the government behavior of China in the ary Cooperation
of East Asia will be helpful for China to gain the more benefit. And also, it has the
enormous significance on promoting China’s development and providing the reference for
China to participate in others international economic institution.
In the ary Cooperation of East Asia, it is the games of the countries that impel the
East Asian ary Cooperation. Because the participation countries not only have the
related interests, but also the strategy which have been affected each other. The game along
these countries pushes the ary Cooperation of East Asia forward. So it is appropriate
to analyses the government behavior of China in the ary Cooperation of East Asia by
