摘要
ERP 作为企业信息化的核心,被认为是现代企业赢得竞争的有效工具。然
而,据调查目前我国企业ERP系统应用的成功率不足30%。本文针对这一现状,
结合中国石化巴陵石化公司ERP项目实施几年来的实践,通过研究ERP的发展过
程、管理思想、技术及系统特点、基本功能及其扩展功能以及ERP在中国企业成
功实施的主要原因,从而剖析ERP与企业文化之间的关系,挖掘ERP创新发展所
带来的文化变革。通过这些分析、比较,进而论证ERP项目的实施过程实质上也
是一场企业文化的变革过程,企业ERP系统成功实施与高效运行的重要前提是企
业需要针对自己的实际情况,创建、整合、改革企业文化,适应以ERP系统为代
表的企业信息化管理环境的要求。
本文着力通过分析研究中国石化巴陵石化公司 ERP 项目在四年来的实施过
程中所面临的种种问题,从而探讨按照 ERP 的物质哲学、制度哲学、经营理念
对企业文化所产生的巨大影响,按照重点突破、全面归纳的研究原则,创新提出
从企业文化战略规划及系统化文化、信息化文化、制度文化、数据文化、安全风
险文化、责任文化等六大文化模块整合入手,探讨研究巴陵石化企业 ERP 项目
实施与企业文化整合的策略途径。旨在帮助企业扫除在 ERP 项目实施过程中的
障碍,建立适应 ERP 管理系统的企业文化环境,从而更好推进 ERP 项目的实施
与发展,提高企业的管理能力与经济效益。

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) as the enterprise information-oriented core
is considered as an effective instrument for panies to survive in
competition. However, according to the survey, the ratio of essful
implementation of ERP in domestic enterprises was less than 10%. This essay aims
at the actual situation bines the practical experience of implementing ERP in
China Petroleum and Chemical Corporation - pany. In order to analyze
the relationship between ERP and enterprise’s culture and find out the culture’s
transformation which is caused by the innovation of ERP, the following factors
which relates to ERP are investigated: its development, management and technology,
the characteristics of system and basic functions, as well as its augmentable
functions and the main reasons for its essful implementation in China. Therefore,
the implementation of ERP is demonstrated to be a transformation of enterprise’s
