随着生产的现代化程度的提高,在各个不同的行业中都出现了各种各样的采集、
监测和控制的设备,以往的产品大多都是通过单片机来实现,功能较为单一,而且针
对每种应用都要进行专门的编程控制,实现较困难。在网络技术和嵌入式技术迅猛发
展的今天,基于嵌入式技术的新型监控方式提供的远程监控系统成为监控系统的发展
主流。
本课题基于对机房监控的需求,分析了当前机房监控的局限性,开发了一款综合
性强的专业监控主机。该监控系统选用了ARM9的KS8695X为处理器作为主控制器构建
硬件平台,在其上移植包含广泛的协议支持和实时性嵌入式操作系统VxWorks。系统
从前端的传感器、变送器采集的物理量通过接口转换后进行处理,对相关的智能设备
进行控制,根据预设条件判断并确定是否产生报警,提供多种报警方式,并记录报警
信息,实现无人值守的远程一体化的监控。该系统对监测对象的异常能做出及时的反
应和报警,并具有高效、低功耗、低成本、实时可靠、专业性强的特点,在市场的需
求下,终端软硬件稍微改动就可以推广应用各个监控领域,例如:机房、基站、药品
食品等重要物资的存储、环境保护监测、无人化远程测量等。

Abstract
With the up-to-dateness of manufacture improving, all sorts of equipments for
gathering and monitoring appeared in different industries; most of the former products are
implemented by SCM, which leads to simple functionality, and it's very difficult to
implement as we have to program for each specific application. With the rapid developing
of the and embedded techonology, a new remote monitoring system based on the
embedded technology is stepping into the main stream of the development of monitoring.
This project analyzed the limitation of the current monitoring system in machine room
based on the requirements, and developed a professional monitoring main frame with high
comprehensive functionality. The monitoring system adopted ARM9 KS8695X as its main
controller to construct a hardware platform, on which we planted the supporting for wide
protocol and the real-time embedded operating system VxWorks. This system will deal
