摘要
随着计算机信息技术的发展,现代企业生产规模的不断扩大和竞争的日益加剧,市场对企业物流系统提出了新的要求,自动化立体仓库越来越受到关注并得到广泛应用。堆垛机是立体仓库的关键起重,搬运设备。本文论述了自动化立体仓库中堆垛机控制系统的原理,结构和特点,介绍堆垛机的控制系统的设计,以及堆垛机的速度控制和精确定位方法。针对立体仓库的存取特点,对堆垛机的硬件部分进行设备选型与参数计算,设计出电气原理图。并给出了PLC控制程序梯形图。

Abstract
With the development puter information technology , increasingly expanding of modern enterprise production scale and more fierce petition , new requirements of enterprise logistics by market are emerging , and automated high-rise warehouses gains more attention and have been used widely , SRM is the most important conveying and lifting equipment in automated high-rise warehouse .This paper introduces the control of the SRM that is used in an automated space warehouse. In view of the store and fetch characteristic in the Automated High-rise Storage .The paper had carried on the equipment selection and the putation on the hardware of Storage and Retrieval Machine ,had drawn the electrical principle diagram. The design of control system for SRM is discussed .The program of the PLC is also given.
