我国虽为纺织机械大国,但与国际纺织相比,在机电一体化方面的自动化、连续化、高速化、智能化水平上还有很大差距,在新材料、新工艺、新的制造技术方面落后很多,这一点从我国纺机品每年进口高达数十亿美元就可以看出,我国纺织机械企业的技术创新能力不足,主要产品技术依赖国外,缺少具有自主知以产权的技术,产品更新周期长,不能适应市场需求。
其中多臂机作为纺织机械的龙头,对提高纺织产品生产效率和提升纺织产品质量上都起到了至关重要的作用。其中的旋转式多臂机作为目前最为先进的高速开口装置,其先进的技术和优良的机构特征为开发高速化、柔性化织机提供了不可或缺的配套。而旋转式多臂机的提综机构作为将输入的匀速旋转运动转换成多臂机主轴的变速旋转运动的装置。在旋转式多臂机中起着极其重要的作用。
本文全面探讨了多臂机的发展历程,并针对HQ3620电子式多臂机进行了深入的分析和研究。并在原凸轮旋转变速方案的基础上,本文利用Pro/E进行三维建模,并进行运动仿真,再进行设计创新,提出了更为经济的,便于维护的齿轮旋转变速方案。新方案的有益效果为:将匀速旋转输入运动转化为同轴变速旋转输出运动,并可以实现停-动-停-动的间歇特性输出。具有结构紧凑,稳定性高,易于高速运转的特点。而且由于组成零件较少,又多是标准件,使得整个旋转变速机构易于维护,大大降低了成本。
本文亦对新方案进行了简单的校核和部分零件的尺寸、材料、精度等级的确定。
