摘要
在当今这个竞争激烈的市场上,企业必须通过制定并实施战略规划来谋求生存并进一步争取发展。战略是一个过程,它的有效实施离不开高度的人力资源管理和薪酬管理。面对日趋激烈的竞争环境,特别是人才的竞争,如何吸引并留住人才,已成为企业关注的焦点。设计公平合理的薪酬系统仍不失为最重要和最有效的手段之一,一套行之有效的薪酬系统不仅可以降低企业人工成本,而且可以极大地激发员工的积极性、主动性和创造性。全面薪酬体系在企业经营战略的框架下,通过对其薪酬组成元素的优化配置,经整体薪酬方案的形式来发挥薪酬体系的整体效能。有效的全面薪酬体系能够实现企业人力资源的竞争优势,实现企业与员工利益的平衡与最大化。
本文从惠州华阳集团薪酬管理中出现的问题出发,分析问题产生的原因,并提出解决方案,从而使公司薪酬体系向科学性和有效性的转变,实现科学薪酬体系并对公司发展起到促进作用。

Abstract
Nowdays , in petitive market, the enterprise must set up the formulation and the implement strategic plans and seeks further strives for the development. The strategy is a process , its effective implementation cannot live without high human resources management and the salary management. Facing the petitive environment, specially the talent’petition, how to attract and obtain the talents has e the focal point which the enterprise pays attention to. Designing salary system can be one of the most important and effective methods, an effective salary system can not only reduce the enterprise artificial cost but also stimulate staff's enthusiasm, the initiative and the creativity. prehensive salary system manages strategic in the enterprise under the frame, through to its position element optimized disposition, displays the salary system after the overall salary plan form the overall potency. The prehensive salary system can realize the enterprise human petitive advantages, Realize the maximization and the benefit balance between enterprise and the staff.
This article discuss the question which appears from the HuaYang group management, analysis the reason, and bring the solution .Therefore , causes pany salary system to the scientific nature and the valid transformation, realizes the scientific salary system and good for the growth promoter action..
