体操普修课教学中引入实用类体操的行动研究——以西北师范

摘要
体操作为我国普通高校体育教育专业的一门主干课程,其重要地位一直不容置疑。
面对改革所带来的体操课程教学时数的大幅度削减,国内许多院校在体操课程内容设置
与课程改革实施过程中仍存有争议。从丰富多彩的体操运动“材料”中选择和设置课程
的教学内容,以什么尺度或价值取向来选择和设置体操课程内容是当前研究的热点问题。
如何从拓展体育教学专业学生的体操技术和理论,迎合中小学体育教学中对体操内容的
需求角度出发,在体操普修课中引入实用类体操内容是本文研究的核心所在。
以体操普修课中引入实用类体操教学内容与教学模式设计为研究对象,以文献资料
法、行动研究法、观察记录法、访谈法、问卷调查法和数据处理法为主要研究方法,分
别对体操教学改革的现状、趋势和价值取向进行了分析和探索;对行动研究在体育领域
的研究现状进行了分析;对实用类体操的相关研究做了总结归纳,提出体操普修课教学
中引入实用类体操所要面对的问题并提出相应的对策;对体操普修课教学中引入实用类
体操的实践过程进行剖析和探讨。
研究认为: 行动研究是实现体操教学改革的“实践”道路之一,体操普修课教学中
引入实用类体操能够丰富体操普修课的教学内容,通过实用类体操拓展了学生的体操技
能和知识面,融入式的教学模式更适合实用类体操在体操普修课中开展,实用类体操能
够迎合中小学体育对体操内容的需求。
最后,基于本研究的发现,对体操普修课教学中引入实用类体操的教学和后续研究
提出建议。

ABSTRACT
Gymnastics as a professional physical education courses a trunk in Chinese college, and
the important status has been unquestionable. Faced with the reform of the teaching gymnastics
substantial reduction in the number of hours, many domestic institutions set up in the
gymnastics course content and curriculum reform implementation process is still controversial.
From a variety of gymnastics "material" in the select and set up the courses teaching content,
what are the standards or values to select and set up gymnastics curriculum is currently on a
hot issue. How to expand physical education students in professional gymnastics technology
and theory, physical education in primary and secondary schools to meet the needs of
gymnastics content point of view, the introduction of Gymnastics Course in Practical
gymnastics class is the core of this paper.
