摘要
我国中小企业在近年来发展迅速,对我国经济发展做出了巨大的贡献。但是,中小企业现有的融资渠道狭窄,在融资方面遇到很多困难,资金不足制约着中小企业进一步的发展,因此,中小企业另辟蹊径,纷纷选择到海外上市。研究中小企业海外上市融资具有很强的现实意义。本文在分析了中小企业海外上市的有利条件以及存在的障碍之后,阐述了中小企业海外上市的要素,即上市的模式和不同证券市场的比较与选择,最后提出了中小企业海外上市选择策略与风险规避策略。

Abstract
Small and medium-sized enterprises in China in recent years, the rapid development of China's economic development has made great contribution. But, small and medium-sized enterprise existing financing channel is narrow, met with many difficulties in financing, insufficient funding restricts the further development of small and medium-sized enterprises, accordingly, small and medium-sized enterprise path, in ession choosing to get listed overseas. The medium and small-sized enterprises overseas listing and financing is very significant. Based on the analysis of the small and medium-sized enterprises listed overseas beneficial conditions and after obstacles exist, expounds the small and medium-sized enterprises overseas listing, namely the elements of the mode and different listed securities market parison and selection, and finally puts forward some small and medium-sized enterprises overseas listing selection strategy and risk hedging strategy.
