MED无油往复式空气压缩机是一种符合医用要求的机器,它能将气体进行压缩来提高气体压力和实现输送气体的功能。设计针对小流量、低排量的往复式空气压缩机在医学领域中应用的研究与改进。旨在分析空压机在满足基本工作要求的前提下,更深入讨论医用空气压缩机对于特殊工作环境和条件所需要的工作特点与能力的设计。要满足诸多产业如医药卫生、医疗器械、科学研究设备、日常生活以及环境保护等都应该有更便捷、洁净的气体动力源。往复活塞式空气压缩机终究是压缩机产业的源头与压缩机设计根本。设计过程中,根据压缩机的容积流量、吸排气压力、压缩介质、使用要求等具体的技术参数和条件来对往复活塞式无油润滑空气压缩机进行分析与设计。设计工作重点在于压缩机的热力与动力的分析计算和主要零部件设计。其中,在零部件的结构设计上有所创新。

Abstract
MED oil-free piston-pressor is a machine which press gas to improve the pressure and conveying the machine should meet the medical theme of this Graduation Project Paper is to design a small piston-pressor which is used in the medical field in application and at the analysis of pressor and more than the premise in meeting the basic order to make further discussion of medical pressor for special working condition like environment and conditions needed for the work characteristics and the capability of design. In order to meet many industries such as medicine, medical equipment, scientific equipment, daily life and environmental protection career should have more convenient, clean gas source provided in. And the piston-pressor is still the fountainhead and foundation of pressor industry and the work of design,according to specific technical parameters and conditions like the suction pressor,the pressure of absorbing and exhausting,volume flow rate,pressed medium,use requirements to analysis and design the oil-free piston- design focuses on the thermodynamic and dynamic analysis and design and the design of the mian them,the structural design of ponents has innovation.
