铣床的主传动全部装在床身中,是整体式结构,主传动包括从动力源至机床工作的执行件等几部分组成。主传动的设计主要分为主传动的运动设计,主传动的结构设计,轴的设计及零件的校核和主传动的润滑。主传动的运动设计主要是通过运动参数拟订设计方案,确定转速图,并拟订传统系统图。主传动的结构设计主要是主传动的布局,变速机构,开停装置,制动装置,换向装置。最后是对主要零件进行验算如齿轮强度验算和主轴的验算,通常普通机床主轴只进行刚度验算。根据验算结果修改并完善装配图,并完成设计说明书。

Abstract
The main transmission of a milling machine is a unitary structure, installed on the lathe bed. It includes ponents from the driving source to the work of the machine tool. The designs of the main transmission mainly consist of the movement designs,structure designs, axial designs, part proofreading and lubricating . The movement designs ensure the drawing of the
rotate speed and study out the design project and the drawing of the traditional system basically through the movement parameter. The structure designs mainly are the layout of the main transmission, gear change mechanism, on-off mechanism, trig mechanism mutator mechanism. At last putations of the main accessory should be carried such as the gear intensity and the principal axis. Usually the principal axis of generic machine tools carries through stiffness checking. And then modify and perfect the assembly drawing according to the result of putations and finish the design illustration
