文档介绍：西南交通大学硕士学位论文铁路集装箱空箱调运优化研究姓名:刘爽阳申请学位级别:硕士专业:交通运输规划与管理指导教师:李映红 201205 西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文第1页摘要随着我国经济的发展和铁路基础设施建设的加快,安全、迅速、方便、节约的集装箱运输进入了高速发展的阶段,但由于资源分布、地区经济发展不平衡和城市布局等因素的影响,我国集装箱货源分布和流向存在着很大差异,从而导致箱流在空间上、时间上的不平衡。这就涉及到集装箱空箱调运和重箱调运的问题。空箱调运的好坏直接影响到运输成本,车辆和集装箱资源的使用效率,因此空箱调运的研究对于集装箱运输企业的实际运营具有重要的意义。论文紧密结合我国铁路集装箱运输的特点和集装箱空箱调运的现状,对铁路集装箱空箱调运问题进行了系统的描述,指出了目前空箱调运的不足,并针对空箱调运只考虑调运成本忽略空箱使用价值的现象,提出了一种基于“客户价值”与“调运成本’’的空箱调运方法。这种方法主要思想来源于现代企业客户关系管理理论,根据客户价值的不同对集装箱空箱资源进行分配。基于“客户价值一调运成本”的空箱调运策略,从研究铁路集装箱客户价值出发, 构建铁路集装箱客户价值评价指标体系,通过模糊层次分析法对客户价值进行评价, 并在此基础上采用SPSS软件对客户进行层次聚类分析,实现客户群的细分。然后,根据前面的研究,建立基于“价值一成本"策略的铁路空箱调运模型,并给出相应求解方法。最后论文用仿真实例对这种空箱调运方法进行模拟分析,证明其优势。通过以上研究,论文得出以下结论:基于“价值一成本"策略的铁路空箱调运策略,将空箱调运和市场经营更加紧密地联系起来,体现了现代市场营销的特点,是一种符合现代企业经营的策略,比纯粹的考虑调运成本最小更具意义。关键词:集装箱运输;空箱调运;客户价值;模糊层次分析西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文第1I页 Abstract With thedevelopment of our national economy andrmlway infrastructureconstruction, thecontainer transport has entered intothehigh speed development periodcontributing the characteristics of rapidness, safety,economy and convenience.
