平煤四矿通风系统分析及优化
摘要:矿井通风系统是由向井下各作业地点供给新鲜空气并排出污浊空气的通风网络、通风动力和通风控制设施等构成的体系的总称。矿井通风系统是矿井生产系统的重要组成部分。随着煤炭工业的不断发展,矿井生产能力越来越大,开采深度和广度不断加大,开采的地质条件也更加复杂,矿井通风对矿井的生产与安全起着越来越大的影响。
矿井通风系统优化应达到两个目标,一是改善作业环境,提高系统的有效性和可靠性;另一是节省通风费用,提高经济效益,两者必须同时兼顾。
本文就是通过对平煤四矿的通风阻力测定,通风网络解算和通风系统分析之后,结合矿井的实际情况,制定出了合理的优化方案。通过对优化后通风能力的核定,本着以风定产的原则,核定该矿生产能力为315万吨。指导了矿井的安全生产,并为矿井的增产和扩大提供了可行性依据。从而满足了矿井近期内的生产需要,起到了一定的社会经济价值。

Stady on ventilation system analysis and optimization of the 4 mins of ping shan
Abstract:ventilation system is a general term of the syetem consisting of , used to supply every underground working place with fresh air and discharge dirty air, ventilation energy, ventilation contral facilities, the ventilation is one of the important parts of pit’s production system. with the development of coal industry, the ability of pit’s production better and better,the depth and width of exploition turn greather and greater,the exploition of position and structure of the earth’s crast also e much plicated, so the pit ventilation has increasing influence on its manufacture and secure.
The optimization of the ventilation system should reach two goals. One is to improve the working environment and enhance the system’s validity and reliability; the other one is to save the fee of ventilation,improve the profit. Both of these should be attached importance to.
After measuring the ventilation obstraction of the fourth pit of ping coal mine, setting its ventilation ben account and analysing its ventilation system, together with its practical conditions. I put forward an apprvpriate optimization progamme in the essay. Throngh the neasurement of ventilation abllity after optimization, based on the principle that ventilation decides production.
