摘要
随着机械行业的的发展,热处理伴随其中,热处理是机械电子工业生产中极其重要的工艺,推料机在热处理的工艺中起着举足轻重的地位,从而对推料机的设计有着较深远的意义。
本次毕业设计的课题是间歇式推料机设计。间歇式推料机是以间歇的方式将工件输送到加热炉中。其动力源是电动机,电动机通过传动装置、六杆机构,驱动滑架往复运动,工作行程时滑架上的推爪推动工件前移一个步长,当滑架返回时,推爪从工件下滑过,工件不动。当滑架再次向前移动时,推爪已复位,并推动新工件前移,前方推爪也推动前一工件前移。周而复始,工件不断前移。
本论文论述的是间歇式推料机的设计过程,主要包括传动系统方案的拟定、电动机的选择、蜗杆减速器的设计、开式齿轮传动及其轴系结构设计、六杆机构的设计等内容。

Abstract
With the development of machinery industry, with one heat treatment, heat treatment is the production of machinery and electronics industry is extremely important process, push feeder process in the heat treatment plays an important position, thereby pushing feeder design has a more far-reaching significance .
The graduation issue is intermittent Feeding Machine. Intermittent Feeding machine is intermittent manner transported to the furnace in the workpiece. The power source is a motor, electric motor drives, six institutions, driven reciprocating sliding shelf, sliding shelves when working stroke claw push forward a step to promote the work piece, when the sliding frame returns, pushing claw fell off from the workpiece , the workpiece is not moving. When the slide frame to move forward again, the push claw has been reset, and push forward the new parts, front paws also helped push forward the previous piece. Cycle, the workpiece continuously forward.
This paper discusses the intermittent feeder pushing the design process, including transmission programming, the selection of motor and worm gear reducer design, gear and the shafting of open structure design, anizations in the design, etc .
