FDP-15D型非开挖导向钻机可分为动力站和主机体操纵台三部分。动力站主要提供高压液压油,而主机体就负责把液压油的能量转换为钻进的动力。主机体的设计重点在于动力头的设计。合理的设计主机体,可提高钻进的效率和钻机的使用寿命,灵活的结构可以减低钻机维护和维修的难度减低使用成本。

Abstract
The FDP-15D type non-dig direction drilling machine, is a kind of whole hydraulic pressure power prinipal type direction to drill drill machine to mainly used for to open to dig the earth not the paving engineering of the cross the earth's surface building or underground facilities etc. obstacle(such as the highway,railroad,river,construct and the underground lay a thing etc.) under the sistuation that not open to dig the earth surface, build each kind of underground is used for not open munication,electric power,thermodynamic energy,gas and the water pipe line to dig to build a construction.
FDP-15D type can be divided into non-dig-rigs and power stations mainframe ponents. Provide high-pressure hydraulic oil major power stations, and on mainframe hardware for the hydraulic oil to the energy conversion into power. Mainframe hardware design focuses on the first engine design. Reasonable mainframe hardware design can enhance the efficiency and rigs into the life, flexible structures can reduce maintenance and repair rigs used to reduce the difficulty of cost.
