摘要
液压挖掘机是工程机械的主要机种。本文着重于液压挖掘机整机设计,即整机参数的计算,整机稳定性计算,整机重心计算,底盘的设计以及履带行走装置的设计。设计思路是从挖掘机总体以及各部分的工作性能和动作要求入手,并以国内的质量和技术性能接近设计要求的挖掘机为基础,研究国外的先进机型,开发出自己的整套液压挖掘机。设计图纸采用AutoCAD 绘制和手工绘制,经过认真地设计计算,查找资料撰写设计论文。
本液压挖掘机的优点是伺服系统采用先导阀控制,操纵轻便,控制准确。除具有挖掘装卸的功能外,还可以根据需要加装不同的辅助设备,来进行抓物,钻孔,推土,清沟,破碎等作业。平台可360°回转,性能可靠,操纵工人劳动强度改善,可广泛应用于建筑,市政,供水,供气,供电,农林及园艺建设等工程。

WY6 THE DESIGN OF HYDRAULIC EXCAVATOR MACHINE
SUMMARY
Hydraulic excavator is a main model of the Engineering machine. This text puts great emphasis on to design the whole hydraulic excavator. That is to decide parameter of the whole machine, pute stability, the barycenter of the whole machine, to design chassis and pedrail tread equipment. The way to solve the task is on the basis of the function of the whole and every part of the excavator. And we choose the domestic excavator whose quality and character is the most similar to our request as the basic type, further study the overseas advanced type. Then I designed the projects of the whole hydraulic excavator. All the drawings are drawn using the Auto CAD or handicraft. After the serious designing, calculating and consulting I wrote this thesis.
The strongpoint of this hydraulic excavator is using servo forerunner control system. It has beautiful sculpt. With the capacity of excavating, grappling, drilling, pushing, clearing channel and crashing etc. Have a 360° swinging platform, good quality, comfortably controlled. Be widely used in construction, supplying and city planning.
