文档介绍：洛阳理工学院毕业设计(论文) I 年产 600 万m 2 陶瓷质地板砖厂工艺设计摘要该设计是年产 600 万m 2瓷质地板砖厂工艺初步设计。由于近年来渗花抛光砖备受关注,特别是加快城市化建设和全面奔小康社会等政策的出台,给渗花抛光砖带来了新的活力和生机,所以本次设计为选择渗花抛光砖的工厂工艺设计。本次设计通过查找资料,根据我国国情和实际情况,并根据市场前景选择产品的种类和工厂所在地,合理选择工艺流程和设计指标,采用国内先进生产技术及生产设备,机械化、自动化装备水平合理,进行了坯釉料配方计算、物料衡算、设备选型计算和经济技术分析,对全厂进行合理的总平面布置,充分利用厂区面积,提高产品质量,降低能耗。本设计严格执行国家环境、工业卫生等方面的有关规定,对生产用水进行净化处理、循环利用,气体在排放前进行除尘处理,废品及废渣用于制作轻质泡沫砖,降低污染。整个生产过程充分体现低碳排放、零污水排放、资源循环利用, 发展绿色、环保经济。关键词: 渗花抛光砖,工艺设计,物料衡算,设备选型洛阳理工学院毕业设计(论文) II THE TECHNOLOGICAL DESEN OF CERAMIC FLOOR FACTORY THAT PRODUCES 6 00 0000 m 2 ANNUALLY ABSTRACT Th is design is an annual output of6000000 M 2 floor brick technology preliminary design.
