摘要:可行性研究是在进行项目决策前,运用多种工具和科学方法对项目进行全面的细致的论证的一种科学方法。它是一个企业(或项目)提高项目成功率减少决策失误的重要途径,特别是在市场形势瞬息万变和国家宏观调控越来越严厉的情况下。在进行项目决策前进行全面细致地可行性研究,能够有效规避可能出现的各种不确定因素的影响,进而降低项目的实施风险。因此,在项目拟建前应该注重可行性研究。
在本文的绪论部分分析了选题的依据与意义以及可行性研究理论的依据,对项目可行性研究的主要内容及各种方法进行了介绍。第一章到第六章为心连心化工年产30万吨尿素项目可行性分析报告。第一章进行了项目最重要的风险分析,详细分析了技术、市场、投资各方面的风险;第二章是对项目效益的分析;第三章是对市场的预测;第四章是对建厂条件和厂址方案选择的理论支持;第五章是对项目投资的估算和资金筹措的选择;第六章是本项目的财务经济评价和社会效益评价。

Feasibility study of 30 thousands tons Ammonia-Alkali Project of Xin Lian Xin chemical Group
Abstract: Feasibility research is a scientific method which using varies tools and scientific ways to make prehensive argument for the project before making the final decision. It is an important way for an enterprise (or a project) to improve the rate of ess and to reduce the decision mistakes, especially under the situation of rapidly changing market and the prominent of the national macro-control. prehensive feasibility research before making the decision for the project can effectively avoid affection from uncertain elements, thus can reduce the impletion risk of the project. Therefore, we should focus on feasibility research before the proposal of the project.
In the introduction part, this article analyzes the basis and significance of topics and theoretical basis for the feasibility study, and the main contents and various methods are introduced. Chapter one to Chapter six is feasibility analysis report for 30 million tons of urea production of Xin Lian Xin chemical plant. In the first chapter, it makes analysis for the most important risks for project, and made detailed analysis on all aspects risks in technology, market and investment.
