文档介绍:哈尔滨工程大学硕士学位论文氙灯用软开关电源研究姓名:杜丹丹申请学位级别:硕士专业:电力系统及其自动化指导教师:罗耀华 20090201 哈尔滨工程大学硕士学位论文摘要本文针对氙灯工作电源设计了一种通过移相控制进行脉宽调制的低压大电流恒流源(40A,24V)。该设计过程中,以倍流整流软开关全桥变换器作为拓扑结构。倍流整流技术与移相全桥零电压PWM软开关技术(PS FBZVS PWM) 相结合是全波整流零电压移相全桥PWM软开关技术的改进,能够很好的解决全波整流零电压移相全桥软开关中存在的占空比丢失严重、负载范围小以及副边整流二极管导通时刻存在较大电压尖峰的问题。文中阐述了倍流整流PS FB ZVS PWM变换器拓扑结构原理。分析了PS FB ZVS PWM变换器中高频变压器副边整流电路采用全波整流与倍流整流两种不同拓扑结构对变压器原边以及整个电路性能的影响。在原理分析的基础上,依照氙灯工作电源技术指标要求,从电路具体工程实现的角度,对各部分电路进行了详细地讨论。硬件电路采用软开关移相控制专用芯片UC3879 作控制芯片,对主电路、控制电路、保护电路以及变压器进行设计,并给出了详细的参数和主要器件的选型。,通过仿真验证了倍流整流软开关全桥变换器的优点以及整个电路设计的可行性。关键词:倍流整流;全波整流;移相全桥;软开关零电压哈尔滨工程大学硕+学位论文 Abstract Adouble current FullBridge ZVS PWM(PS FB ZVS PWM)convertor convertor is akind oflow voltage high current(40A,24V)power supply which is constant current power supply used to support xenon light when PulseWi础l Modulation is realized byphase—shifted contr01.
