摘要
钢绳芯带式输送机具有连续输送能力强、运行效率高、易于实现自动控制等诸多优点而广泛用于矿山、冶金等国民经济部门作为散状物料输送的重要手段。但在其运行过程中,常发生胶带的纵向撕裂,本文针对现有诸多类型带式输送机胶带纵向撕裂检测系统稳定性差、使用寿命短等缺点,深入研究了电磁感应式检测器的电磁感应原理和检测系统的电路,对整个检测系统进行了简单设计,对胶带纵向撕裂进行检测。通过对胶带中的线圈进行不间断的监测,系统能够在胶带发生纵向撕裂时,使输送机停机并发出报警信号,从而大大减少事故的损失。本系统通过对物理变化的检测转变为数字信号的检测,大大提高了整个系统的稳定性和准确性,同时结合单片机使检测更加简单,提高了操作人员的工作效率。
