内容提要
随着天然林的禁伐,以多年生直径大多在Φ300mm以上的木材为主木制地板,价格见长,急需新的原材料来替代。所以对树木修剪下来的树枝及小树干等小径材(直径在Φ200mm以下)的利用就成为了一个新兴的研究方向。
立木地板加工机床就是以加工立木为主的木工机械,与传统的顺木地板加工机床有所不同,它以小径材(直径在Φ200mm以下)木料为加工对象,将其径向切削成小块马赛克,然后拼装成大块地板投放市场,具有很大的市场前景。本次毕业设计中,我的题目便是“立木地板加工机床——成型机分度机构”。成型机主要是负责对原料的成型加工,将不规则的外形加工成规则的几何图形。这些图形中的角度就是由分度机构带动夹具转动后切削产生的。我的设计方案是“棘齿式分度机构”,它结构简单,操作方便,只需要扳动手柄就可同时实现两个夹具的分度,其加工效率较高,适用于大量加工。而且维修方便,价格便宜。

ABSTRCT
