螺杆压缩机广泛应用于矿山、化工、动力、冶金、建筑、机械、制冷等工业部门,在宽广的容量和式况范围内,逐步替代了其它种类的压缩机,统计数据表明,螺杆压缩机的销售量已占其它容积式压缩机销售量的80%以上,在所有正在运行的容积式压缩机中,有50%的是螺杆压缩机。今后螺杆压缩机的市场份额仍将不断的扩大。
相对其他复杂回转机械来说,螺杆压缩机的设计制造还是比较简单的。由于螺杆压缩机的回转运动部件只有两个转子,所以它可以可靠地高速运转。高精度的转子齿型铣削与磨削加工可以较低的成本将齿间间隙控制在30~503μm之间。与早期的机器相比,内部泄漏已经大幅减少。可见,螺杆压缩机已经成为精密、高效的机械,并且能够适用于较大的压力与排量范围。因此,容积式压缩机的大部分市场与应用场合已被螺杆压缩机占据。
本次设计将简单介绍空气压缩机吸气、排气过程的工作原理和有效减小噪音的方法。

Abstract
pressor is widely used in mining, chemical, power, metallurgy, architecture, machinery, refrigeration and other industrial sectors, in the broad range of capacity and conditions, gradually replaced other types pressors, statistics show that, the above pressor sales have accounted for the other 80% of sales volume pressor, in all running volume pressor, 50% are pressor. The future of pressor market share will continue to expand.
Relative to plex rotary machinery, the design and manufacture of pressor is relatively simple. Because the ponents of pressor rotor is only two, so it can run fast and reliable. The cost of rotor tooth milling and grinding process can lower the high precision will be the gap between the teeth is controlled between 30 ~ 503 μ M. Compared with the early machines, internal leakage has been substantially reduced. Visible, pressor has e mechanical precision, high efficiency, and can be suitable for the pressure and volume range.
