汽车从启动到行驶的整个过程中,经常需要使用离合器,而膜片弹簧离合器在现今社会应用的更是广泛。所以本次设计膜片弹簧离合器,在发动机与变速器之间能逐渐接合,从而保证汽车能更加平稳起步的前提下,设计新式的拉式膜片弹簧离合器,使其结构更加简单。在设计过程中,最初列出设计方案,然后对膜片弹簧离合器的主要参数进行计算,确定膜片弹簧、离合器盖、从动盘、压盘、扭转减震器等的结构尺寸,最后参照机械设计手册,运用CAD绘图软件画出相应的离合器装配图以及零件图。本次设计包括膜片弹簧离合器主要参数选取,扭转减震器、从动盘总成、离合器盖总成和膜片弹簧的结构确定,尺寸计算和强度校核。画出CAD零件图和装配图。在本次离合器设计中,最终设计出了膜片弹簧离合器,比传统的离合器性能更好,另外还设计了扭转弹簧,可以防止离合器发生共振。

Abstract
The whole process of automobile from the start to the travel, often need to use the clutch diaphragm spring clutch, but in today's society is more widely applied. So the design of diaphragm spring clutch, gradually connected between the engine and the transmission gearbox, so as to ensure the premise of automobile can be more smooth start of pull-type diaphragm spring clutch, design novel, the structure is more simple. In the design process, the initial list of design scheme, and then the main parameters of the diaphragm spring clutch is calculated, determine the diaphragm spring, clutch cover, clutch disc, pressure plate, structure and size of the torsion shock absorber, the last reference handbook of mechanical design, the use of CAD drawing software to draw the corresponding clutch assembly drawing and parts drawing. The design includes the main parameter selection of diaphragm spring clutch driven disc, torsion damper, assembly, clutch cover assembly and diaphragm spring structure was determined, the size of the calculation and strength check. Draw the CAD part drawings and assembly drawings. In the design of the clutch, the final design of the diaphragm spring clutch, the clutch performance is better than the traditional, in addition the torsion spring design, can prevent the clutch resonance.
