文档介绍：摘要 HI Y240243 1 我国经济建设和科学技术的迅猛发展,对职业的技术含量和专业化程度要求越来越高,对复合型、应用型和高层次专门人才的需求越来越大。高等教育主动适应变化,积极调整培养目标和培养模式,大力培养具有创新能力和实践能力的高层次专业人才。经过30年的发展,我国的学位与研究生教育已经建立了比较健全的学科门类和培养制度。为了更好的促进研究生教育事业的发展,进一步优化研究生的类型结构,逐步将研究生教育从以学术型人才培养为主的模式向应用型人才培养为主模式转变。全日制专业学位研究生教育正是应对了社会发展的需求,在高层次人才培养中发挥着重要的作用。本文通过对南昌大学全日制专业学位研究生教育发展历程的梳理,介绍了招生、培养、学位授予等环节的内容。借鉴国内外专业学位研究生教育质量保障体系的经验,分析我国全日制专业学位硕士研究生教育质量保障体系的现状和问题,阐述南昌大学全日制专业学位研究生教育质量保障体系的建立,并提出持续改进教育质量的反馈机制和激励措施。关键词:全日制专业学位;教育质量;质量保障 ABSTRACT China’Seconomic construction and the rapid development ofscience and technology,the increasingly high demand forvocational technical content and the degree of specialization,the growing demand posite applications and 11igh—level education initiative toadapt actively adjust thetrainingobjectives,training mode,make great efforts totrainhigh-level professionals with innovative and practical 30years ofdevelopment, China Academic Degrees and Graduate Education hasestablished arelatively sound disciplines and training order tobetterpromote thedevelopment ofthe cause of graduate education,type of structure,further optimization of the postgraduate gradually graduate education from mainly academic personnel training mode totheApplied Talents main mode -timeprofessional degree graduate eduction istheresponse tothe needs ofsociaidevelopment,plays an important roleinthecultivation ofhigh-levelpersonnel.
