摘要:振动筛的研究不断地向着标准化、系列化、通用化发展,并引入现代化设计手段,采用新材料、新技术、新工艺,其目的在于不断扩大筛机应用领域,满足国民经济建设发展的需要,并担当对外出口的任务。目前,在我国,选矿设备的种类有很多,机械式的占绝大多数。随着选矿技术变得越来越成熟,新型的电磁振动式振筛机现在也得到运用。但不管对于实验室还是工地现场,机械式振筛机的运用占据了主要位置。而标准筛振筛机凭借其优良的工作性能和方便轻巧的优点也深受用户的喜爱,所以,对标准筛振筛机的研究与设计变得越来越重要。本文设计的振筛机主要由电机带动偏心轴运动,从而实现晒面的振动,完成原料的筛分过程。

At present, in China, there are many kinds of processing equipment, the mechanic in a majority of cases. As processing technology es more and more mature, new ic vibration type vibration sieve machine now also get use. But whatever the lab or on site, mechanical vibration sieve machine using occupy the central position. While the standard sieve vibration sieve machine with its excellent work performance and convenience lightweight advantages and deeply the user's favorite, therefore, to standard sieve vibration sieve machine research and design es more and more important. This design by motor vibration sieve machine is mainly driven partiality axis movement, so as to realize the vibration, complete materials bask in the screening process.
