文档介绍：河北工业大学硕士学位论文建筑工程司法鉴定质量控制体系研究姓名:李晓静申请学位级别:硕士专业:结构工程指导教师:田稳苓 20061101 河北工业大学硕士学位论文 1 建筑工程司法鉴定质量控制体系研究摘要随着住房制度的改革和法制建设步伐的加快,公民的法律意识、诉讼意识进一步增强, 对房屋质量鉴定的需求越来越强烈,建筑工程司法鉴定也引起人们更加广泛的关注和重视。然而,目前我国建筑工程司法鉴定工作的质量与效率远远不能满足现代司法诉讼的实际需求。如何进一步提高鉴定工作质量,确保鉴定的科学性、公正性, 是急待解决的问题。本文试着从理论与实践相结合的角度,对建筑工程司法鉴定质量控制体系中的主要措施做了一些可操作的、有针对性的研究。主要包括以下三方面的工作: 一、规范建筑工程司法鉴定管理体制并编写《建筑工程司法鉴定机构及人员管理办法》(草稿); 二、完善建筑工程司法鉴定程序及内容并编写《建筑工程司法鉴定操作指南》(草稿); 三、提出开发建筑工程司法鉴定专家服务系统构想,并整理各种规范、标准、研究成果中有关混凝土裂缝的内容,采用 Visual Basic 编制了混凝土裂缝鉴定服务系统。关键词: 建筑工程司法鉴定,质量控制体系,程序,规范,裂缝鉴定,专家系统建筑工程司法鉴定研究及服务系统构想 RESEARCH OF ARCHITECTURAL ENGINEERING EXPERT EVIDENCE QUALITY CONTROL SYSTEM ABSTRACT With the reform of the housing system and speed up the pace of building the rule of law, civicawareness of the law, further enhanced the awareness of the of the growing demand for quality also caused extensive forensic construction of more concern and , the quality of China's construction work and forensic efficiency is far from satisfying the actual needs ofa modern judicial of ways to further enhance the quality of their work, to ensure that the identification of the scientific and fair, is addressed asa matter of urgency.
