文档介绍：云南财经大学硕士学位论文昆明国际陆港发展战略规划研究姓名:赵文艺申请学位级别:硕士专业:企业管理(物流管理) 指导教师:李严锋 2011-05 中文摘要 I 摘要国际陆港是一个比较新的概念,它是一个开放的、多功能的综合性体系。内陆地区建设国际性陆港对当地经济腾飞能起到巨大的推动作用,使的地处内陆经济城市逐步演变为国际性港口城市,周边地区成为经济意义上的沿海地区。当前现代化国际陆港在全球中的作用和地位日益突出,西部地区正处于快速发展转型期,承接沿海产业转移、发展外向型经济、主动拥抱海洋新经济,对发展现代物流、构建西部物流节点、承接东部产业转移的需求日益迫切。云南省的外贸运输——特别是能满足“门到门”运输需求的国际集装箱多式联运也取得了长足的发展,并且已经不再满足于“内陆到海港”的传统运输模式,客观上要求云南口岸也具有“直通”效应,将沿海港口功能向内陆城市延伸,把内陆和沿海有机地连为一体。建立“属地申报、口岸验放”的通关模式,实行“一次申报、一次查验、一次放行”享有一票到底的通关便利,出口企业仅需要通过陆港就可以办理货物出镜的有关手续,使货物在陆港就可以“出国”。昆明通过国际陆港的建设能打开制约云南省国际贸易发展的瓶颈——国际物流通道。减少进出口货物的中转环节,加快通关速度,使昆明具有完备的国际港口运行机制和方便快捷的外运操作体系。同时,昆明国际陆港建设使云南拥有了自己的“出海口岸和通道”,为云南桥头堡战略的实施创造了条件。本文通过分析国内外陆港的发展模式,总结陆港发展的实践经验,为昆明国际陆港的建设提供理论支持和实践经验借鉴, 并将昆明“十二五”现代物流业规划对陆港的布局要点贯穿于其中,把陆港建设提升到战略高度进行规划并按照战略管理的思想来分析昆明国际陆港环境、做出昆明国际陆港建设的选择, 在此基础上提出针对性的建议,通过战略实施来保证昆明国际陆港的顺利建设。关键词: 昆明国际陆港;物流业;发展战略;规划;对策建议 Abstract II Abstract International dry port is a relatively new concept, it is an open, multi-functional comprehensive system.
