社会排斥与自我内化——社会学视野中的“差生”

摘要
“差生”群体是客观存在的社会群体,“差生”问题不仅是教育问题,更是
一个日益严峻的社会问题。本文在对专门教育和转化“差生”的江苏淮安徐向洋
教育训练工作室调研的基础上,试图从社会学的视角来分析和研究所谓“差生”
的形成过程。
本文指出,同众多社会现象一样,“差生”也是社会与个人互动的产物,对
“差生”群体的形成过程可以从社会互动的视角来加以分析。基于这一视角,研
究结合现有文献资料,在重新界定“差生”概念的基础上,选取徐向洋教育训练
工作室的五个典型个案做深入访谈,以他们口述个人生活史为切入点,结合小型
座谈会的研究方法,挖掘出部分“差生”所存在的共性问题,即在“差生”的形
成过程中,他们与其他社会群体之间的社会互动中存在着被“贴标签”的现象以
及这一群体对这些标签的自我强化过程,而相应的社会排斥也进一步促成了“差
生”对消极标签的自我内化,从而最终促成了“差生”的形成。
文章最后提出相关教育对策和建议,认为“教育机会均等”的真谛是善待每
一位学生,权威者不可以对有越轨行为的学生随便“贴标签”。同时我们要改革
学校教育,优化育人环境,内外结合,积极帮助“差生”走出标签的阴影。

ABSTRACT
"The poor students" group is an objective reality social group. "The poor
students " problem is not only an educational problem , but also a gradually austere
social problem. On basis of surveying in Xu Xiangyang education and training
workroom specialized in educating and changing “the poor students”, the thesis
attempts to analyze and study the so-called “the poor students” from the perspective
of sociology.
"The poor students " phenomenon , the same as a lot of social phenomena , is the
interactive e of society and individual. The process of the formation of “the
poor students” is able to be interactive from the perspective of sociology. Owing to
this perspective, combining with existing data, on the basis of the new definition of
“the poor students” concept, representative five cases choosing from the Xu Xiang
Yang education and training workroom to make the thorough interview to be in
process making an explanation nature studying, what the part "poor students" who
take that they describe individual life history as point of ration, the thesis
excavates out mon problem, that is, in the process of the formation of "the
poor students", there is “labeling” in social interaction between “the poor students”
and other
