文档介绍:摘要论文题目:北京市农民培训现状及发展对策研究:作者姓名:宋丽润;专业:种植业领域; 研究方向:农村发展;所在学院:人文与发展学院:论文指导教师:刘永功教授。笔者通过文献分析,问卷调查和机构走访,对北京市农民培训体系现状。机构能力、面l临的问题和挑战,农民对现有培训效果的评价,影响培训效果的因素和培训需求作了系统的分析。通过分析调查结果和相关政策,笔者得出如下结论: (1)多年来,北京市农民培训工作取得了一定成效,但与全面建设小康社会和北京率先基本实现现代化的战略目标对农民素质的要求还存在着较大的差距。(2)由于在政策保证、组织领导、经费保障、体系建设、基地建设、机构能力、师资培训、培训组织管理,培训方法等方面还不够健全和完善,使得北京市的农民培训没有得到制度化地运行,培训效果和培训后的知识以及相关技术应用效果不理想。(3)除上述外界因素外,培训效果还受农民年龄,文化程度,个人学习能力等自身因素的影响。根据以上结论和北京市农民培训面临的主要问题和困难,笔者提出了改善农民培训体系,提高培训效果的对策和建议。关键词:北京市:农民培训;对策 Abstract Topic:Study on the CUil'ent status offarmer’Strainingsystem and futuredevelopment strategy.
