摘要:针对过热汽温大滞后、大延迟的动态特性及电厂普遍存在的过热汽温调节特性差、经常出现过热器汽温超调的问题,寻求对模型要求不高、在线计算方便、对过程和环境的不确定性有一定适应能力的控制策略和方法尤为重要。本文提出了改进的模糊PID复合控制,通过对模糊控制器的量化因子和比例因子的自寻优实现了对过热汽温控制系统的有效控制。

Optimization of Fuzzy-pound Control in Superheated Steam Temperature

Abstract:Based on the problem that superheated steam temperature exists dynamic characteristics of large time delay and the universal existence of poor regulating characteristics or the offen apprearance of overshoot in superheated steam temperature control system,seeking for control strategies and methods for low demand in model, convenience in on-line calculation and having certain adapt ability for the uncertainty of process and environment is very paper proposed a improved Fuzzy-pound control strategy which realized the effective control for superheated steam temperature by the quantization factor and the proportional factor ‘s self-optimizing.

1引言
锅炉过热汽温控制系统在机组安全经济运行中起着重要作用,其过热器出口蒸汽温度是单元机组在运行中必须保持在一定范围的重要参数,随着机组容量的增大,过热汽温系统的惯性特征显著增强,滞后现象也大大增加,加之机组运行过程中,机组负荷的改变也会使过热汽温对象的动态特性不断变化,从而加大了汽温控制的难度,火电厂采用的常规PID控制在工况有较大变动时很难获得令人满意的控制性能,特别是在现场由于受到PID参数整定的限制,控制器参数整定往往不良,使得控制品质受到影响。近年来,随着智能控制的不断发展,模糊控制受到越来越多的关注,模糊控制的优点在于不需要掌握过程的精确数学模型,而是根据一组控制规则,经
