文档介绍:摘要与国外相比,我国近年来在预应力混凝土梁式桥方面的发展可以说是后来居上,尤其是预应力混凝土连续刚构桥的发展更是迅猛。该类桥有许多的优点,但是也具有长期变形较大和裂缝难以控制问题,为确保结构行为在施工及运营过程中的安全合理,大跨径预应力混凝土连续刚构桥采用合理的施工方法和有效的施工监测与控制系统已成为一种必然的趋势。本文以武(胜)合(川)高速公路上一座特大桥梁——小安溪特大桥为依托工程,详细阐述了挂篮的设计、制作、安装及试验,0#块施工,悬臂施工,以及合龙段和边跨现浇段的施工,包括了悬臂施工的一套完整施工工艺,并对施工中的经常出现的问题及注意事项进行了分析;同时介绍了悬臂浇注法施工控制原理, 以及其在工程实际上的应用;另外还讨论了施工中箱梁的出现的纵向裂缝以及进行的现场试验。通过合理的施工方法和有效的监控系统,小安溪特大桥的施工取得了较好的效果,其研究成果对相同桥型的桥梁具有指导意义,其经验可供相同的桥型借鉴。关键词:大跨径连续刚构;悬臂浇筑法;施工控制;裂缝分析及加固 ABSTRACT In percent years,large—span prestressed concrete beam bridge engineering especially thecontinuous rigidframe bridge hashad agreatdevelopment inChina. These bridge types have alotofadvantage,but alsohave theproblems oflarge deformation and the construction inspection andconstruction control in construction must bedone inorder to ensure theengineer’s security. Based on theproject of long—span XIAO—AN—XI River Bridge on Wu(Sheng) He(Chuan)highway,the paper detailedly discussed thedesign,themanufacture,the installationand thetestofhanging basket,the construction of zero block,the cantilever construction,and theconstruction ofclosure segment andCast—in—placeSegment ofside span,which including plete construction technology ofcantilever construction andanglicizing someproblems and matters need attention thatoftenappeared during theconstruction paper alsointroduced the principle ofcantilever construction control and itsapplication addition,thepaper discussed longitudinal cracksappearing during construction and thefield test on them. According reasonable construction technology andeffectiveconstructioncontrolsystem, theconstruction oflong-span XIAO-AN—XI River Bridge receives preferable research findings provide reference forconstruction ofsimilarbridge anditmay provide some valuable experience for theconstructioncontrol anddesign ofsimilarbridges.
