文档介绍：重庆大学硕士论文中文摘要 I 中文摘要经济全球化和信息技术的发展给企业环境带来新一轮的巨变,促使企业管理进行一场大革命。业务流程再造正是顺应这一变革要求而产生的新的管理理论和技术,这一理论从西方传入我国时间较短,面对西方和我国企业的较大差异,如何更好的对它认识、理解和发展创新是我国学术界和企业界共同面临的课题。本文在吸收国内外相关理论和实践成果的基础上,对流程再造中企业战略、信息技术及组织结构的整合技术进行了研究。本文首先综述了企业流程再造的基本内涵和研究现状,针对我国传统管理模式下企业流程管理的问题,提出传统管理模式下企业流程再造的方向和再造后的新特点。并在借鉴国内外企业的实践经验的基础上,归纳总结我国企业实施流程再造的一些关键技术。本文运用系统工程方法将流程的运行环境分为软环境(企业文化等)和硬环境(企业战略、组织结构、信息技术),着重揭示流程再造与硬环境各要素之间的相互依赖、相互支持关系,进而建立流程再造与企业战略、信息技术及组织结构的整合模型,为企业实施流程再造提供具体的指导。同时引入和谐管理的理论和方法,对流程再造与企业战略、信息技术及组织结构的整合模型进行分析。本文将上述研究成果应用于某液压件有限责任公司的业务流程再造,针对该公司在企业管理内部引入市场机制及企业信息化实施前进行流程再造的变革需求,在定性和定量分析的基础上对公司的核心流程进行了重新设计,提出组织结构调整、信息化规划等详细的方案,并被公司付诸实施。该公司在流程再造的基础上,先后成功地实施了ERP、OA、PDM以及人力资源管理系统。关键词:企业流程,流程再造,企业战略,组织结构,信息技术重庆大学硕士论文英文摘要 II ABSTRACT Economy globalization and the development of information technology have dramatically changed enterprises’circumstances, which force enterprise management to carry on a greatinnovation;BPR is a new management theory that meets the requirements of this change. Since the short it has been introduced to China and great differences between western enterprisesand Chineseenterprises, how to understand and develop this idea is a subject facing our enterprises and academia. Based on domestic and overseas researches, theintegrationof anizational structure and information technology in BPR is studied in this paper. This paper firstsummarizesthe development and current study of BPR. Then, according to characteristics and existing problems of domestic enterprises, development directions of BPR and new features of enterprises after applying BPR are illustrated. Based on national and international practical experience, keytechnologies of BPRfor domestic enterprisesaresummarized.
