It is directly related to eventual efficacy and safety of the car wash. This article introduces the structure, principle and control methods of profiling brush. PLC (programmable logic controller) is applied to the hardware design and an analog input module is used to simplify the traditional profiling control of brush part and save a lot of manufacturing cost.
