文档介绍:摘要针对传统剪切机存在的噪音大、占地面积大、灵活性差等问题,本设计采用了液压驱动方式,解决了上述方面的缺陷。其设计内容剪切机的总体设计计算,主要零部件的设计计算和液压系统的设计, 其中液压系统的设计还包括液压元件的设计。本文利用液压传动控制技术对剪切机进行改进设计,具有噪声小、剪切平稳等优点,是一种新形式的液压剪切机,能够更好地服务于剪切行业的发展,更好地适应国内外市场的需求,因此具有良好的市场前景。关键词:剪切机,液压系统,液压元件 Abstract Abstract Aim at the existing traditonal shearing machine that has high noise, large areas and poor flexibility etc problems, the design uses a hydraulic-driven approach to address these deficiencies. It mainly includes three partial contents: the overall design calculation of the shear machine, the design calculation of the ponents and hydraulic system design. The hydraulic system design has mainly included the design of the ponents. This paper makes some reconstuction design for shearing machine with hydraulic transmission and control technology, and the improved shearing machine has advantages of low noise, smooth cutting and isa new typle hydraulic shears, which can serve the shearing industry and meet the needs of domestic and foreign markets better . Therefore the hydraulic shearing machine has a good market prospect.
