摘要
随着我国的市场经济体制的建立和完善、政府的调控能力日益成熟,也导致了复杂多变的经济环境引起的内部控制环境发生了变化,而在流动资产中占重要地位的存货也日益受人关注。原有的存货管理方式不但存在较大的风险,而且在成本的控制上属于薄弱环节,这对企业的发展造成了很大的负担及限制,所以本课题希望通过对一些存货管理中存在的问题进行分析研究,最后找出加强企业存货管理的对策,以来提高企业的存货管理水平及效率,最终进行有效控制,达到提高企业经济效益,增强企业综合实力和竞争力。
本文采用文献分析法进行研究,通过阅读大量的期刊、著作,并按照提出问题,分析问题,解决问题的基本思路对企业存货管理的相关问题进行研究。论文分为四个部分,首先分析加强企业存货管理的必要性,其次提出企业在管理存货的过程中存在的问题,然后对企业存货管理中存在的问题,提出实行合理存货管理的建议与对策,最后以沃尔玛超市的存货管理为例来说明采用适合企业自身的存货管理方法可以达到降低企业库存成本,提高工作流程效率,为企业挖掘更大利润,实现企业和社会资源充分的利用。

Abstract
Along with China's market economic system, establish and perfect the government's control capacity is increasingly mature, also led to plex economic environment cause internal control environment changed, and in liquid assets, which occupies an important position in the inventory is increasingly attention by people. The original inventory management way not only there is greater risk, but also in the cost control belong to the weak link, the development of enterprise caused a great burden and restrictions, so this topic for some hope that through of inventory management and the analysis of existing problems research, finally find out the countermeasures to strengthen enterprise inventory management, enhance the enterprise the since inventory management level and efficiency, and eventually for effective control, to enhance the enterprise economic benefits, enhance prehensive enterprise strength petitiveness.
