摘要
本文运用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等科研方法对襄阳市少儿拉丁舞现状进行调查分析。结果表明:在中部地区,襄阳市少儿拉丁舞的发展较为迅速, 但较经济发达地区的大中城市还存在一定差距;主要表现在经营管理者理念较陈旧;从教人员较年轻,个人技术好但理论知识相对匮乏,执教年限较短;男女学员比例失调,女生多而男生少;场地器材和教学设备较好;课程设置不尽合理,没有统一的教学大纲和规范的教材,教学内容的时代感差。建议紧跟时代潮流,更新管理者的经营理念,提高从教人员的理论水平,规范教学内容,完善场地设施,合理教学,使襄阳市少儿拉丁舞长足稳健的快速发展。

Abstract
The article about the investigation and analysis of the children Latin dancing in XiangYang city today is developed according to documents, interviewing, questionnaire survey, mathematical statics, logical analysis etc. The result indicates the development of the children Latin dancing in XiangYang city is verIIy fast in midlands , but there is the gap between the development that the teachers are young, good skill, but lack of theoretical knowledge and short teaching time; that the number of male students and female students is out of proportion-the females more than the males; that field instruments and teaching equipment are poor; that the courses are set unreasonably such as no united teaching conspectus, no standard teaching material and no new teaching content. So suggestions on catching up period trend closely, updating the manager's operational idea, promoting the teacher's theoretical level, uniting teaching content, perfecting field instruments and reasonably teaching will make the children Latin dancing fast develop stridingly and steadily in XiangYang city.
