摘要
液压挖掘机是一种多功能机械,随着社会的发展受到广大施工单位的青睐。液压挖掘机的生产制造业也日益蓬勃发展。
本文主要介绍了ZE230E挖掘机的总体设计和相关计算。首先,通过前期的收集资料和市场调研,以及挖掘机的工作概况和性能要求,对本次设计的挖掘机进行方案确定;根据设计方案对挖掘机的总体参数、动力装置进行计算、确定。然后,根据总体参数和动力装置,对液压挖掘机的液压系统、工作装置、行走装置、回转机构以及转台进行了初步的选择和设计;对挖掘机的挖掘阻力、挖掘力、功率、生产率以及转台平衡进行了计算;最后对挖掘机的整机稳定性进行了校核。在这个工程中,运用CAD对相关的零件及整机示意图进行了绘制。

Abstract
The hydraulic excavator is versatile machinery, with the development of society favored by the majority of the construction unit. Production and manufacturing of hydraulic excavators are also increasingly flourished.
This paper introduces the overall design and related calculations of the ZE230E excavator. Firstly, through the early information-gathering and market research, as well as the excavator's job profile and performance requirements, the design scheme of excavator is determined; according to the design, the overall parameters and power-plant of the excavator are calculated and determined. Secondly, hydraulic excavator hydraulic system, working device, running gear, slewing mechanism, as well as turntable are preliminary selected and designed based on the overall parameters and power-plant; excavator digging resistance, digging force, power, productivity, and turntable balance were also calculated. Finally, the whole stability of the excavator is checked. In this project, parts and the whole diagram are drew by using the CAD software.
