摘要
皮带输送机是一种连续的搬运机,其具有运输能力大、适应地形广、维护简单等优点,因此被广泛用于矿井、港口等。矿井生产条件恶劣,皮带输送机又是大负荷不间断运行,很容易出现断带、打滑、跑偏等故障,轻则影响生产,重则危及人员和设备安全。因此,设计一套综合监控系统监控皮带输送机是十分必要的,同时针对断带巨大的危害,也需要设计全断面断带抓捕器。
断带抓捕器由电气系统、机械系统和液压系统三部分组成。皮带正常时,断带抓捕器处于待抓捕状态;皮带断带时,电气系统根据监测的故障信息驱动固定在机械系统上的液压缸,从而带动上下压片去抓捕输送带。设计了断带拉伸装置,其由两个液压缸拉伸一根横穿输送带的轴,以测定抓捕力大小。二者组成断带保护模拟试验台,先使皮带输送机逆转,断带抓捕器抓捕输送带,然后拉伸装置施加拉伸力,用来判断抓捕器抓捕力和响应时间是否满足要求。
监控系统采用下位机与上位机结合模式;采用Siemens S7-200 PLC做下位机,用LabVIEW做上位机,用OPC(可用于组态王)实现两者的通信。设计了一套抗干扰能力强,通信稳定,软件相对简洁的综合监控系统,实现了常见皮带输送机故障故障诊断、数据记录和远程控制的功能,并具备故障自动停机与报警。

ABSTRACT
Belt Conveyor is a continuously transporting machine, with strong transportation capacity. The Belt Conveyor can adapt to different terrains and it is easy to maintain. With these advantages, it is widely used in mines and at the port.
Under the abominable condition, the Belt Conveyor runs continuously for a long time. As a consequence, it often has different faults of belt break, skid and aberrancy, which will lead to damage of production, and even threaten the safety of people and equipments. Therefore, it’s very necessary to design an integrated monitoring system for belt conveyor, with a great harm when the belt is broken, so it’s also need to design a full grabbing device.
The full grabbing device consists of electrical system, mechanical and hydraulic systems. When the belt works well, the grabbing device keeps a state of readiness, but when it is broken, the electrical system will drive the Hydraulic Cylinder fixed on the mechanical system to catch the conveyor belt.
Another equipment, the belt break pulling device has two Hydraulic Cylinders and a shaft across conveyor belts. These two Hydraulic Cylinders stretch the shaft so as to test the force of grabbing. And they build up a Simulating Test Bed for belt break protection. This Test Bed reverses Belt Conveyor .
