摘要
溶胶-凝胶技术是利用金属醇盐或者无机盐经过溶液、溶胶、凝胶而固化再经热处理形成氧化物或其它化合物的方法。溶胶-凝胶的处理可以在织物表面形成复杂的氧化物网络结构,从而改变纤维的表面性能,赋予织物一定功能性。
本论文根据以上的原理,以钛酸丁酯、乙酸锌和乙醇胺为原料,以无水乙醇为溶剂,以冰乙酸为酸度控制剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法通过采用不同的原料配比,不同的滴加速度,不同的pH值,不同的温度,不同加水量等条件进行了一系列实验。制备出多种纳米TiO2-ZnO掺杂溶胶。并对纯棉织物进行了功能整理,通过一系列实验,得出了用于织物抗紫外线抗菌整理的TiO2-ZnO掺杂溶胶最合适的原料配方及工艺条件。并通过实验对纳米TiO2-ZnO掺杂溶胶的抗紫外线和抗菌性能进行了研究。

SOL-GEL TECHNOLOGY IN THE PREPARATION OF ANTI-BACTERIAL FABRICS RESIST ULTRAVIOLET APPLICATIONS
ABSTRACT
Sol-gel technology is the use of metal parts or anic salt through salt solution, sol、gel and solidification forming oxides via heat treatment or pounds. Sol-gel processing in plex fabrics surface work structure, thus changing the fibre surface performance, given a certain functional fabrics.
In this paper , the TiO2 sol and SiO2 sol were prepared based on the principle of the sol-gel technology. Using titanium alkoxide and facility for the raw materials to dry ethanol as solvents to ice ethanoic acid control agent for acidity, using sol-gel law by using different materials allocation, different Ti acceleration, different pH values, different temperatures, different water conditions and a series of experiments. Produced a variety of nano TiO2-ZnO mixed sol. And cotton fabrics for the functional sorting through a series of experiments drawn up for the anti-bacterial fabrics resist ultraviolet range sol TiO2-ZnO most suitable raw materials and recipes crafts. And through experiments on the nanometer TiO2-ZnO mixed sol resist ultraviolet range and anti-bacterial performance of the study.
