包头第二热电厂厂用分支限时速断保护研究

摘要
厂用电是发电厂至关重要的一部分,只有保障厂用电的供电可靠
性,才能保证发电厂的正常运转和生产。厂用电的二次系统承担着保
护和控制饿任务,它的设计好坏与否,直接关系到厂用设备的安全可
靠运行,从而影响整个电厂的安全和稳定。因此厂用继电保护的配置
和整定计算工作不容忽视,其中厂用分支母线保护的配置和整定计算
尤为重要。
本文对提高变压器短路耐受力、装设分支母线差动保护、装设分
支限时速断保护三种方法进行比较,可得出如下结论:从一次设备方
面提高变压器的耐受力或配置合理的二次设备都可以减小起备变、高
厂变低压侧分支母线故障对变压器的烧损情况;但综合考虑投资、工
作量和改造时间,分支限时速断保护具有不需要增加保护装置和屏位
设计,只需在现有的保护装置中增加限时速断保护功能,工作量小,
方便推广,投资较少。通过研究厂用分支母线限时速断保护整定计算
和灵敏度验证的理论分析,根据包头第二热电厂厂用电系统的实际情
况,对其装设厂用分支限时速断保护的可行性进行了分析,以及后期
的实验,经过理论和实践的双重检验,本技术成果值得大范围
推广和应用。

Abstract
Auxiliary power is a vital part of the power plant, only protect the
auxiliary power supply reliability, to ensure the normal operation of
power plants and production. Auxiliary power supply in the secondary
system to undertake the task of protection and control hunger, its design
good or bad, is directly related to plant safety and reliability of
equipment operation, thus affecting the security and stability throughout
the plant. Therefore, the configuration and auxiliary relay setting
calculations can not be ignored, including plant protection with the
branch bus configuration and setting calculation is particularly important.
In this paper, transformer short circuit capability to improve the
installation of the branch bus differential protection, the installation of
branch circuit protection speed limit of three methods pared, the
following conclusions can be drawn: the transformer from one equipment
to improve the tolerance or the reasonable allocation From the secondary
device can reduce the standby transformer, high voltage side of the
auxiliary transformer fault on the transformer branch bus burning case;
but considering the investment, work and transformation of time, branch
circuit protection with no speed limit increase protection
