Lightning Risk Evaluation Agreement
根据《中华人民共和国气象法》、《国务院412号令》和《防雷减灾管理办法》,切实做好的雷击风险评估,为该项目将来的建设、管理、安全提供重要保障,经(以下简称“甲方”)与南京市城市气象服务中心(以下简称“乙方”)友好协商,在充分考虑双方的实际情况下,就有关问题达成如下协议。
According to 《Meteorological law of People's Republic of China》,《Decree No. 412 of State Council》,《Management approach for Lightning disaster reduction》, to do really a good job in the lightning risk assessment of and ensure an important protection on the future’s construction, management and safety. Party A: Diamond(nanjing)Chemical Industry Co., Ltd and Party B: Nanjing City Meteorological services Center, after friendly negotiation and thinking practically about the two Parties conditions, we reach the following agreement.
一、评估内容
Ⅰ、evalution content
环境因子调查与测量。
The investigation and measurement of environment.
地理因子:地形、地貌、植被等;
Geographical factor: Terrain, topography, vegetation and so on.
地质因子:土壤电阻率等。
Geological factor: Soil resistivity and so on.
气象因子分析。
Analysis of meteorological factors.
以南京地区50年气象资料为依据,计算雷击大地的年平均地闪密度。
Based on Nanjing 50 years meteorological data to calculate the annual average earth lightning density.
(三)预测其建设项目的雷击损害概率。
Forecast the rate of lightning damage of the constructions.
(四)建设项目的雷击损失评估。
Lightning damage assessment of construction projects.
(五)电源系统各部分可能的最大浪涌值。
The possible maximum surge of each part of the electrical source.
(六)建设项目的防雷设计指导意见。
