摘要[目的] 研究非逆境条件下叶面喷施甜菜碱对小麦的增产效果。[方法] 在小麦乳熟期,给小麦叶片喷施5、10、15、20 mM甜菜碱。[结果] 喷施甜菜碱的叶片叶绿素含量增加,叶片衰老减缓,蛋白质降解速度显著降低,可溶性糖和MDA含量上升速率也都减缓,延缓光合作用减弱。千粒重结果显示,4种浓度的甜菜碱均有一定的增产效果。[结论] 小麦乳熟期叶面喷施甜菜碱可增产,其中喷施10 mM浓度增产效果最好,%。

Abstract [Objective] The study aimed to analyze the effects of foliar-application betaine on increasing yield of wheat. [Method] Wheat were sprayed with 5/10/15/20 mM betaine during milkstage. [Results] The leaves spraryed with betaine had more chloryphyll and aged more slowly, protein degradation speed significantly reduced, soluble sugar and MDA content increased rate are slow,delay photosynthesis results of 1000-grain weight showed that all concentrations of betaine can increase yield of wheat. [Conclusion] Foliar-application betaine to wheat could increasing yield during the milkstage. Among the different concentrations of betaine, 10 mM had biggest yield, increase yield rate was %.

0 引言
小麦属于禾本科小麦属单子叶植物,是一种温带长日照植物,种植范围十分广泛。在华北地带栽种的冬小麦,秋季10~11月播种,翌年5~6月成熟,生育期在180天左右。当地的气候环境对产物形成过程的影响是十分重要的。光合作用对小麦的产量起着决定性的作用,但是在小麦的生长过程中常常遇到干旱或盐胁等情况,这些情况降低了小麦叶片的叶绿素含量,从而降低了小麦的光合作用。小麦的
