内容提要
本设计的是4110发动机飞轮壳周边孔的钻模设计。壳体周边上的孔是按一定的角度和距离分布的,为了使工件在一个位置上加工后连同定位元件相对于刀具转动一定的角度在另一个位置上继续进行加工,将钻模设计成回转式。工件采用“一面两孔”的定位方式在回转分度钻盘上定位,用螺旋夹紧机构夹紧。由于钻孔时切削条件差,常会影响孔的加工精度和生产效率的提高。因尤其是孔和孔系的位置精度,用画线找正的办法,难以达到较高的精度和生产效率。此本钻模借助于其上的钻套引导刀具,可以准确地确定刀具与工件之间的相对位置。考虑到本钻模所服务的加工中的孔直径,安装钻套的钻模板固定在分度盘上,提高定位刚性和加工精度。
在设计过程中还将对钻模的定位,分度和调刀误差进行分析,目的既希望本次设计合乎实际的生产需要,能在实际生产中使用。
Summary
This design is the 4110 engine fly wheel housing peripheral hole jig design. Components use “at the same time two” the locate mode drills on the plate in the rotation indexing to locate, clamps anization clamp with the screw. Because time drill hole cuts the condition to be bad, often can affect the hole the processing precision and the production efficiency enhancement. In particular hole and the hole department's position precision, the means which adjusts with the linedraw, achieves the high precision and the production efficiency with difficulty. This jig with the aid of drills the set of guidance cutting tool in above, may determine between the cutting tool and the work piece relative position accurately. Considered this jig serves in the processing hole diameter, the installment drills the set to drill the template to fix on the graduated disc, enhances the localization rigidity and the processing precision.
In the design process will be the positioning of drilling modules, sub-degree and transfer knife error analysis, the purpose of this meeting is to design a realistic production needs to be in actual production use.
