摘要
农业本身在国民经济中是一个弱质产业,但又是保证整个国民经济稳定发展的基础。而实施政策性农业保险,对于农业风险的管理有很大帮助。浙江省很早就开始着手农产品保险制度和保险体系的试验和探索了,在2005年开始正式实施政策性农业保险制度,而嘉兴地区的农业发展和农业保险建设在浙江省是具有代表性的。本文就嘉兴市近年来开展政策性农业保险的情况,结合对嘉兴地区政策性农业保险实施现状调查的结果,从农户参保意愿,所面临的农业风险,政府相关政策等角度出发,进一步对嘉兴地区政策性农业保险实施状况的进行了总结,归纳建议,指出可改进之处,以期对嘉兴地区将来的政策性农业保险制度优化有所启示。

Abstract
Agriculture in the national economy is a young qualitative industry, and ensure the steady development of the national economy foundation, and the implementation of policy oriented agricultural insurance, agricultural risk management will be of great help. Earlier in Zhejiang to prepare for the agricultural insurance system and insurance system of testing and exploration,began formal implementation of policy oriented agricultural insurance system in 2005, and agricultural development in the Jiaxing area is the most representative.
