摘要
配电网规划,是所在供电区域国民经济和社会发展的重要组成部分,同时也
是电力企业自身长远发展规划的重要基础之一。本文针对乌兰浩特城区的具体建
设情况,选取乌兰浩特城区配电网规划作为研究对象,进行了乌兰浩特电网现状
的分析,电力电量负荷预测;确定了乌兰浩特电网的变电站位置及容量,在此基
础上对中压配电网的网络结构进行了规划;提出了乌兰浩特的中性点接地改造方
案,最后得出结论,提出相关建议。通过乌兰浩特城区电网的规划建设与改造,
乌兰浩特电网的各个方面都有所加强,将能够收到很好的社会效益和经济效益,
为乌兰浩特今后的经济建设及社会发展奠定坚实的基础。

Abstract
work Planning is the important constituent which develops
national economy and the society in the power supply region. Simultaneously also is
important foundation of one electric power enterprising own long term development
plan. In view of Physical circumstance of the Ulanhot, the paper chooses distribution
network planning of Ulanhot as the research object and analyzes the actuality
work of Ulanhot. This paper forecasted electrical load of power and
quantity of electricity; putational method for choosing address of voltage
transformer substation and capacity, and have determined them; In this foundation,
plan the medium work, Proposed Ulanhot neutral grounding rehabilitation
programs, finally concluded that the relevant mendations. Through this article
to the plan constructs and transforms, Ulanhot work each aspect all has
strengthens, will be able to receive the very good social benefit and the economic
efficiency, will be the Ulanhot next economic development and the society develops
establishes the solid foundation.
