配电网运行经济性评价的研究

摘要
配电网运行的经济性评价,不仅能够对配电网运行情况进行考核,还可以找出
电网运行中的薄弱环节,制定降损节能措施,为配电网规划和改造提供可靠、详尽
的理论依据,对提高电力企业的经济效益及社会效益具有重要的理论和现实意义。
本文通过对配电网经济运行评价问题的研究,建立了相应的评价指标体系及评
价模型,并通过算例验证了指标体系及评价模型的可行性、有效性。
首先,深入研究了配电网的实际运行情况,根据我国配电网运行的现状,总结
分析了影响配电网经济运行的主要因素,并提出改善配电网运行经济性的相关措
施;在此基础上,根据分类、分层原则,从网络损耗、负荷情况、配网设备和网架
结构四方面出发,构建了层次型配电网经济运行的评价指标体系。
其次,提出一种层次分析法与主成分分析法相结合的指标权重确定方法,避免
了权重确定主观性过强的问题。并针对层次分析法调整判断矩阵存在困难的问题对
其进行了改进,通过对模糊判断矩阵的修正,有效地解决了一致性问题的判断和重
新建立判断矩阵问题,简化了层次分析法的计算过程,提高计算速度。
然后,建立了配电网经济运行的模糊综合评价模型,并结合专家意见及实际配
电网历史运行情况给出了隶属函数具体形式及各模型参数的具体数值。
最后,以实际运行的某配电网为例得到了各指标的隶属度、权重,指标的得分,
对配电网运行的经济性进行了系统、科学的评价。根据评价结果制定降损节能,提
高运行经济性的部分措施,将配电网运行经济性评价推向实用化。

Abstract
With the development of power systems, the economic operation of power grids
make more attention by the relevant researchers, and economic performance evaluation
of work is one of the important content. It is important to find the reason
influencing the economic operation, reflect the operation situation and provide the
valuable suggestions for the work economical operation.
This article researches the economic operation of the distribution system, founds the
relevant evaluation model, and the numerical examples show the effectiveness of the
proposed model.
First, analyze the actual operation of work. The influence factors of
work economic operation are found out, through the actual situation of power
network economic operation, and propose ways to improve its related measures. The
evaluation index system of economic operation is established according to the
classification, hierarchical principle.
Second, propose a method of index bing hierarchical analysis and
ponent analysis method. It avoided the subjectivity problems in
