高校高水平篮球阵地进攻战术“空间创造”的研究
摘要
篮球运动是一项综合性极强的活动性游戏。它在战术方面有一明显特
征,即个体性与整体性相统一,因此要求球场上一切个人行动都要基于全队
整体的目的与任务,篮球比赛中球员必须合理运用各种技战术和身体对抗创
造出更多的空间进攻,这样才能在比赛中赢得主动。篮球训练的目的在于如
何培养运动员创造完成技术动作的空间的能力,在对抗中合理运用技战术的
能力,训练中如果给运动员提出一个指向性的明确目标,让队员心中始终有
一个具体的合理运用技战术的目标,再加上其它辅助的训练手段,这样就能
尽快的让队员理解技战术运用的真正含义。如果每一个队员都能这样理解,
对提高队员的技术水平和战术运用能力就方便多了。如何找到这个核心目
标。本人通过多年的训练和对外的学习交流中体会到,“空间”概念在技战
术运用中尤为重要。如何在有限的空间里,特别是在半场阵地进攻中尽可能
创造出有利于个人和集体技战术发挥的空间来,是我们在训练中应抓住的核
心问题。因此建立合理而正确的“空间”技战术训练理念,可为我们设计整
体的战术配合以及选择最优化的训练手段提供一个合理的思路。本文通过运
用文献资料法、录像观测法和比较分析法对篮球运动中运动员合理运用身体
对抗、以及技战术配合创造出完成技术、战术配合的“空间”进行了讨论分
析,得出合理运用技、战术创造空间是进攻中的重要环节,并且需要从意识、
技战术运用、身体素质等方面去提高队员的“空间创造”能力。

Abstract
Basketball game is a kind of sport with prehension. it has
a overt trait in strategy , namely unification of individualism and
collectivism, so personal behavior is required to conform to the goal and
task of the team, in order to take the vantage point, players must implement
tactics and physical antagonization reasonably to create more space for
offense. The intention of training is to culture basketball consciousness
and promote the players’ ability to execute tactics and exert personal
skills. It will render the players understand the strategy well as soon
as possible if point out a steering and definite aim to the players making
them clear in mind how to utilize skill and tactics, and at the same time
employ some assistant exercise. It will be easy to elevate players’ skill
and capability of implement strategy if every player can really understand
these. How to find this core goal? I realized that the concept of space
in the utilization of skill and tactics is of great significance through
several years’ training and learning munication with foreigners.
