电器产品模糊可靠性分析中模糊可靠度的研究
摘要
自上世纪 80 年代中期以来,国内外有关学者逐渐认识到常规可靠性设计理论的局限
性,就如何将模糊数学应用到可靠性分析的问题中进行了大量而有益的探索。由于关于模
糊可靠性设计方法的研究起步较晚,尚未形成完整的理论,但在某些方面还是获得了一定
的成就。发展至今,模糊可靠性的研究多数在机械领域,很多机械领域的专家、学者发表
了大量的论文,对模糊可靠性的度量方法提出了自己独到的见解,其中成绩尤为显著的专
家有董玉革、黄洪钟等。在电器领域,更多的研究都是基于概率论与数理统计的方法讨论
可靠性指标、可靠性试验、可靠性设计和可靠性管理,并且取得了卓越的成绩,但是介绍
电器产品模糊可靠性方面的文章还是很少的。
本文中将模糊数学理论引入到对电器产品的模糊可靠性分析中。随机选取了电器产品
的一些参数,分析各参数的性质,判断这些参数是适合用常规变量表示,还是更适合用模
糊变量表达。简单介绍模糊数学的基础知识,论述模糊可靠度公式的演变过程,指出计算
可靠度的关键是得到相应的隶属函数,并介绍现有的常用计算可靠度的方法。并以线圈温
升为例,计算线圈在温升的影响下的可靠度。

ABSTRACT
Since the last century mid-80s, domestic and foreign e to realize the limitations
of conventional reliability design theory, carried out substantial and useful exploration on how
to apply fuzzy math to the problem of reliability analysis. Since the design method of fuzzy
reliability of a late start, has not yet formed plete theory, but in some ways or get some
achievements. Development to today, most studies of fuzzy reliability in the mechanical field, a
lot of mechanical experts, scholars have expressed a lot of paper, and put forward their own
insights about the fuzzy reliability measure way , experts such as Yuge Dong, Hongzhong
Huang have got significant achievements. In the electrical field, more research is based on
probability theory and mathematical statistics methods to discuss reliability Indicator, reliability
testing, reliability design and reliability management, and has achieved excellent results, but the
article about fuzzy reliability of electrical products is very few.
In this paper, study how to put fuzzy mathematical theory into fuzzy reliability analysis of
electrical products. Random
