摘要
碳纳米管以其优异的力学、电学性能成为当前的研究热点,但是表面能大,容
易团聚限制了其广泛应用;脲醛树脂的价格低廉,在人造板行业需求量大,但是胶
接强度差,游离甲醛释放量高;为了解决这些问题,本论文首次将表面修饰后的多
壁碳纳米管作为脲醛树脂的改性剂,用机械共混的方法制备了碳纳米管/脲醛树脂复
合材料,以提高复合材料的综合性能。
(体积比 3:1),在超声波辅助下,对碳纳米管进行酸
化处理;通过 FT-IR,SEM,XRD,TG 分析,发现多壁碳纳米管表面接上了羧基官
能团,原始碳纳米管中的无定型碳,催化剂颗粒杂质几乎被去除,结构没有被破坏。
,研究了十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)、十六烷基三甲基溴
化铵(CTAB)辅助下酸化处理的碳纳米管在碱性水溶液中的分散情况,发现 SDS
辅助分散的碳纳米管水溶液离心后,浓度值变化最小,说明分散性较好。
,发现碳纳米管的加入
使脲醛树脂的拉伸剪切强度增长了 90%左右;碳管含量对脲醛树脂中游离甲醛的影
响并不大;由 TG 分析可知,与脲醛树脂相比,复合材料的分解速率降低,热稳定
性提高;由 SEM 可知,碳纳米管在脲醛树脂基体中的分散并不均匀。

Abstract
Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) e a hot spot of current reasearch due to its excellent
mechanical and electrical properties, Ts tend to agglomerate into bundles because
of high surface energy, which limits their wide application; Urea-formaldehyde (UF)
resin adhesive is a major adhesive in the wood industry, while many mitted to
investigate the methods to e its disadvantades, such as lower bonding strength
and release of free formaldehyde. In this paper, we used mechanical mixing to prepare
multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs)/UF posites, Ts can
improve the properties posites.
1. MWNTs were treated by concentrated sulfuric acid and nitric acid (Volume ratio
=3:1) with the aid of ultrasonication. Using the anlysis instructment of FT-IR, XRD, TG,
SEM, we found that the structure of MWNTs were not destroyed, carboxylic acid was
introduced on the surface of MWNTs, and there was almost no presence of amorphous
carbons or catalyst particles.
